We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Legal to provide expert legal counsel and leadership as we continue our global growth.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(20, 15, 10); font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Job Summary</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">The Head of Legal will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal advice and support to Citra across all aspects of its business operations, including real estate development, construction, technology, international expansion, and corporate governance. This role will ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, manage legal risks, and provide strategic legal guidance to senior management.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">The successful candidate must be a strategic architect of legal systems; while possessing the technical expertise to handle complex matters directly, their primary focus will be on evolving Citra’s Legal Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring the department functions as a scalable, multidisciplinary engine.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(20, 15, 10); Counsel</span>:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Lead the transition of the legal function from an ad-hoc advisory service to a structured in-house department, enforcing the 'Front Door' instruction protocol to ensure legal resources are allocated strategically.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
