This role operates within RNGD’s design-build environment, leading structural decision-making from early concept through fabrication and field execution. Unlike traditional engineering roles, this position emphasizes ownership, constructability, and real-world performance—ensuring structural systems are not only technically sound, but optimized for manufacturing, logistics, and installation. The Structural Systems Architect works across disciplines to drive alignment between design intent and execution, shaping how projects are delivered through RNGD’s Renegade Delivery Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.</li>\n<li>Ten or more years of experience in structural engineering within building or design-build environments.</li>\n<li>Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in design-build, prefabrication, or integrated project delivery environments.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of structural systems including steel, concrete, wood, and foundations.</li>\n<li>Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, RISA or similar structural analysis tools, and digital coordination platforms.</li>\n<li>Ability to develop structural construction documents and guide execution in the field.</li>\n<li>Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making
