Note: benefits may vary depending on the position and are subject to change.</p>\n<h2>What Drives Success</h2>\n<p><strong>Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for gathering information and executing billing for clients</li>\n <li>Ensures accuracy of the billing process in accordance to client contracts and compliance with internal & external controls requirements</li>\n <li>Works across departments concerning billing queries</li>\n <li>Identify, analyze and communicate any client billing issues to Billing Manager</li>\n <li>Support Billing Manager in proactively identifying process issues and implementing billing process changes as necessary</li>\n <li>Is the subject matter expert for the Billing software</li>\n <li>Ensure that all processes and controls are in place to facilitate accurate revenue recognition</li>\n <li>Provide analysis support for the financial month end closing</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Are Looking For</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED</li>\n <li>Strong accounting and finance knowledge is required</li>\n <li>Minimum of three years customer service</li>\n <li>Ability to learn and understand technical terminology.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment.</li>\n <li>Able to handle multiple tasks, stay organized, and focused on details.</li>\n <li>HVAC knowledge/experience preferred</li>\n <li>Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy</li>\n <li>Computer skills and proficiency in MS Office software</li>\n <li>Superior teamwork and problem solving skills</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including effective listening skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with co-workers</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p><strong>Compensation</strong>: This is a salaried non-exempt role. This means that employees are paid a salary and also receive overtime pay when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).  The starting salary range for this role and market is between <strong>$35,000 – $42,000 </strong>annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Employees in this role are also eligible for a<strong> </strong>bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits</strong>: Subject to applicable eligibility requirements, the following benefits are offered for this role: tuition reimbursement; medical, dental, and vision insurance; prescription drug coverage; 401(k) retirement plan; short-term disability insurance; 8 weeks paid birthing leave; 2 weeks paid bonding leave; life and long-term disability insurance.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 12 days paid time off, 2 paid well-being days, 1 paid volunteer day, 12 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Our Culture</strong>: At Lennox, our Core Values of Integrity, Respect & Excellence are ingrained in the fabric of the organization.
