    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 36pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Prep Washer – Job Description</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Title:</span> Prep Washer<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Department:</span> Service / Detail<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Reports To:</span> Detail Manager or Service Manager<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location:</span> Cumberland Auto Center</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Summary</span></span></p>\n<p>The Prep Washer is responsible for thoroughly cleaning, washing, and preparing vehicles for customer delivery, service appointments, photography, or showroom display. This role ensures each vehicle meets dealership quality standards and provides an exceptional presentation for customers.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wash, clean, and detail the exterior and interior of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and SUVs.</li>\n<li>Pre-wash vehicles prior to full detailing or service work.</li>\n<li>Dry vehicles by hand, remove water spots, and ensure a streak-free finish.</li>\n<li>Vacuum interiors, clean windows, wipe down surfaces, and remove debris.</li>\n<li>Assist with prepping vehicles for lot display and online photos.</li>\n<li>Maintain the cleanliness of the wash bay and work area.</li>\n<li>Safely move vehicles around the lot and service areas.</li>\n<li>Follow all dealership safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.</li>\n<li>Assist the detail team and service department as needed.</li>\n<li>Report any vehicle damage or management concerns immediately.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills &amp; Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.</li>\n<li>Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred).</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.</li>\n<li>Ability to work in fast-paced, outdoor environments in various weather conditions.</li>\n<li>Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.</li>\n<li>Good communication skills and a positive attitude.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed.</li>\n<li>Ability to work on feet for extended periods.</li>\n<li>Must be able to operate pressure washers and hand tools.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Schedule</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-time</li>\n<li>Weekdays, weekends, and evenings as required by business needs</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join Us</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fast-paced, supportive team environment</li>\n<li>Opportunities for growth within the detail or service department</li>\n<li>Work with a respected and customer-focused dealership  </li>\n</ul>",
