site</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Complete minor buildings repairs such as painting, basic plumbing and carpentry, minor electrical repairs, and </span><span>assist</span><span> janitorial duties as </span><span>require</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Conduct standard move in and move out inspections as </span><span>require</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Deliver an exemplary level of customer service by responding professionally and promptly to resident inquiries, areas</span><span>, building exterior and any amenities to ensure all are </span><span>maintained</span><span> to a high standard and move in and move out inspections 2 </span><span>years</span><span> residential maintenance experience</span></span><span><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Understanding of BC Residential Tenancy Act and its application
