The primary role of this person will lead &nbsp;and work in the capacity of testing incoming assets and ensuring that proper &nbsp;QC procedures are conducted in accordance to Rand’s certification obligations &nbsp;and operating standards.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Functions&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>· Perform, and lead all testing jobs (elect/xray/decap/xrf/solder)</p><p>· Introduce testing methods / machines to fulfill company standard</p><p>· Support testing for A commodity products</p><p>· Responsible to maintain testing equipment in good condition</p><p>· Understand latest testing standard and communicate with other warehouses</p><p>· Prepare / approve testing report</p><p>· Support receiving / inspection when necessary</p><p>· Other duties assigned by manager&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Core Competencies&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>· Computer hobbyist able to assemble &nbsp;and upgrade computers</p><p>· Tech &nbsp;minded with basic knowledge of boards, processors, etc.</p><p>· Ability &nbsp;to follow all health and safety procedures/regulations as dictated by Rand and &nbsp;the state&nbsp;</p><p>· Organized with strong attention-to-detail</p><p>· Able to follow directions (written/verbal) with &nbsp;good math and computer skills</p><p>· Good level in Microsoft Word, Excel and office; inventory &nbsp;software skills a plus</p><p>· Good communication skills (must be able to read &nbsp;and write English proficently)</p><p>· Ability to multi-task&nbsp;</p><p>· Able to lift-up to 50 lbs. (heavier items with assistance)</p><p>· Flexibility &nbsp;as overtime may be required</p><p><br></p>",
