We offer advanced imaging, a modern emergency department, surgical services, intensive care, cancer care, gastroenterology and more. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Provides patient care within an assigned department/unit</p></li>\n <li><p>Functions as a member of the health care team in collaboration with and under the direction of the clinical manager or designee</p></li>\n <li><p>Adheres to the relevant Standards and Scope of Practice for the Registered Nurse</p></li>\n <li><p>Performs all aspects of the nursing process:</p>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p>Assesses, analyzes, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care</p></li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><p>Follows established patient care standards set by Legacy Health System, including standards for patient assessment & patient transfer.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education:  </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>As required by licensure. BSN or degree in progress strongly preferred. BSN may be required for specific assignments; experienced RNs without a BSN may be hired based on clinical experience with approval of the site CNO.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Experience: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>One-year registered nursing experience or completion of either the Legacy Health RN Residency program or a nursing program that is equivalent in content, curriculum and duration.  </li>\n <li>Additional clinical experience requirements may vary dependent upon the specific department in which the position is utilized.</li>\n <li><p>1-2 years of operating room experience circulating required. Scrubbing experience preferred.  </p><p> </p><p>Must be available to meet the 30-minute call requirement.  </p><p>Call schedule: 6 weekday call shifts and 6 weekend call shifts per quarter.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills:  </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrated ability of positive interpersonal and communication skills with colleagues, patients, families, physicians and the community.  </li>\n <li>Keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems applicable to job functions.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Licensure</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Current applicable state RN license required. </li>\n <li>BLS for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association required. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $54.37 - USD $81.21 /Hr.\n<h2>Our Commitment to Health and Equal Opportunity</h2>\n<p>Our Legacy is good for health for Our People, Our Patients, Our Communities, Our World.
