We are currently looking to build out our front desk team with people who can create a clean, calm environment for our clients, sell the wellness program to non-members, and maximize our bookings. We provide the training, sales incentives, and cheerleader management. You provide the first smiling face our clients see when they come in and a positive attitude!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The primary responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Keeping the studios clean and tidy</li>\n <li>Educating clients on our Services, Service Enhancments, and Wellness Program</li>\n <li>Booking clients for their appointments</li>\n <li>Following up with clients after their sessions or to book pre-paid sessions</li>\n <li>Administrative duties</li>\n <li>Other tasks as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p>The right fit for this position will be:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Available weekends/evenings</li>\n <li>Comfortable on the phones (making and receiving calls)</li>\n <li>Generally positive and smiley with all clients</li>\n <li>Teachable</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We would also love if you have some sales experience, especially in the wellness or fitness field, though no experience directly with massage and/or skincare is required. We'll teach you everything you need to know!
