The Merchandise Coordinator will provide support and coordination for the Associate/Assistant Buyer and Buyer in specified merchandise categories for all channels of sales. We strive for operational excellence while developing best in class merchandising strategies each season.</span></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span><strong>This role requires being onsite in our San Francisco office Monday through Thursday, and remote option on Friday.</strong></span></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span><strong>Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Own sample management – communicating and partnering with our photo and warehouse teams to track sample positions&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Work in Merchandise Buyer systems to set up and maintain all SKUs</span></li>\n <li><span>Enter and maintain all price/cost changes for relevant categories</span></li>\n <li><span>Prepare reporting as directed and assist Assistant Buyers with business opportunities</span></li>\n <li><span>Maintaining data accuracy and integrity</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Criteria</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>BA/BS degree required</span></li>\n <li><span>Previous experience in Merchandising preferred</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to handle multiple priorities, shifting tasks and timelines</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to work autonomously, strong decision making skills with good judgement</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong written and verbal communication to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams</span></li>\n <li><span>Detail-oriented – takes the appropriate time to complete tasks and reviews work to ensure accuracy</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to work in a fast pace, often changing environment</span></li>\n <li><span>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint); ability to create pivot tables and experience with advanced formulas such as VLOOKUP a plus</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to transport samples including:&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; lifting, moving, carrying objects up to 50 pounds on a limited basis</span></li>\n <li><span>Note: Occasional travel may be required within the bay area for photo shoots and floor sets.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Our Culture &amp; Values&nbsp;</strong></span></p>\n<p><span>We believe that taking care of our people is vital to our success and we strive to offer equitable and transparent practices for all.
