    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>JOB PURPOSE:</strong></p><p>Perform duties to draft products and layouts that meet customers&rsquo; expectations and create detailed specifications that provide production with information to ensure product designs and orders are executed as agreed upon and in a timely manner. Create casework submittal drawings for customers to review and sign off on for the release of production.</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with customers on various project designs and layouts.</li><li>Complete the configuration of standard, special, and custom cabinetry products using Auto Cad.</li><li>Implement drafting standards to complete Auto Cad drawings.</li><li>Create, revise, and maintain Auto Cad drawings in a timely manner.</li><li>Analyze, plan, and complete projects in accordance with detailed specifications.</li><li>Ensure designs incorporate all applicable codes and regulations.</li><li>Ensure project information is communicated to all necessary departments accurately and timely.</li><li>Develop and complete casework and mixed furniture design projects with little guidance.</li><li>Perform independently to effectively manage projects with minimal oversight.</li><li>Provide guidance to team members on technical issues related to installation or construction.</li><li>Create casework submittal drawings.</li><li>Work with the Sourcing Specialist to secure new hardware items for custom products.</li><li>Local and overnight travel, less than 10%.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>COMPETENCIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Critical Thinking: Seek information, use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems, and make conclusions.</li><li>Customer Service: Able to develop and maintain strong relationships by listening, understanding, and responding to identified needs in a timely manner.</li><li>Teamwork and Cooperation: The ability to work cooperatively within diverse teams, work groups, and across the organization, to achieve group and organizational goals.</li><li>Communication: Articulate complex matters and effectively express ideas and information in a clear and organized manner, so it is understood by others, both orally and in writing.</li><li>Professional Judgement: Use critical thinking, analysis, and assessment of implications, identification of patterns, making connections of underlying issues, and the ownership of the outcome.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><p><strong>Education</strong>:&nbsp;High School Diploma or Equivalent.</p><p><strong>Experience and/or Training:</strong></p><ul><li>1year of related work experience.</li><li>1 year of experience reading and understanding architectural specifications and plans.</li><li>1 year of experience with Project Management.</li></ul><p><strong>Technology/Equipment:</strong></p><ul><li><span data-contrast=\"auto\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW265294416 BCX8\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW265294416 BCX8\" data-ccp-charstyle=\"FSPara10 Char\">Familiarity with Auto Cad.</span></span></li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><p><strong>Education</strong>:&nbsp;Associate&rsquo;s degree in Drafting related field.</p><p><strong>Experience and/or Training</strong>: 2 years of related work experience.</p><p><strong>Technology/Equipment:</strong> Familiarity with Revit, and other technologies used in the Engineering field.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS:</strong></p><p>Sitting for long periods of time, 6-8 hours per day. Walking, speaking, hearing, and seeing. Listen and observe the environment for hazard prevention. Use hands for tools and typing. Semi-frequently lift up to 15 lbs. Some tasks may require the employee to bend, stoop, twist, and turn.</p><p><strong>WORKING ENVIRONMENT:</strong></p><p>Indoor office working environment.
