Your responsibilities will include conducting diagnostic assessments, providing individual and group therapy, and offering case management services to clients.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Clinical Care:</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain clinical responsibility for the assigned caseload.</li>\n<li>Proficiently use DSM-5 for diagnostic assessments across various age groups.</li>\n<li>Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy interventions.</li>\n<li>Maintain complete and up-to-date clinical records for all individuals served.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Productivity and Performance:</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Consistently meet productivity goals.</li>\n<li>Demonstrate satisfactory performance on identified metrics.</li>\n<li>Efficiently manage caseload, including regular review of case files for audit readiness.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Therapeutic Interventions:</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Utilize clinical interventions to support clients in various areas, including sobriety, coping with mental health challenges, safe lifestyle choices, healthy socialization, suicide prevention, academic success, family restoration, and overall well-being.</li>\n<li>Acquire and maintain knowledge of community resources to address client needs for support, including sobriety, mental stability, housing, and more.</li>\n<li>Assess client needs for community resources and facilitate linkage to ensure effective connections.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Advocacy and Collaboration:</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Advocate for assigned clients by collaborating with personal supports and external entities to enhance relationships and promote self-advocacy.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with referral sources, local agencies, and legal entities as needed to coordinate client care, facilitate referrals, maintain safety standards, and expand client resources.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Documentation:</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Input clinical documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system in the appropriate format and submit all documentation according to agency policies and procedures.</li>\n<li>Demonstrate satisfactory performance on required Peer/Clinical Record Reviews.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Licensing and Professional Standards:</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain an active Ohio LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC license in good standing with the state board.</li>\n<li>Perform job duties in alignment with the agency's Mission, Vision, Patient Care Philosophy, Professional Standards, and Ethical Conduct.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Other Duties:</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform any other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ol>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related Behavioral/Mental Health field.</li>\n<li>Valid license to practice as a Social Worker or Counselor in Ohio (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC).</li>\n<li>Proficiency in iPad usage, including Word and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.</li>\n<li>CPR/First Aid and NCI/CPI Certifications required within 90 days of employment.</li>\n<li>Must possess a valid Driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Equal Employment Opportunity:</span></p>\n<p>Caregiver Grove provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment, regardless of race, color, age, sex, creed, national origin, economic status, sexual orientation, or physical disability.
