    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>A busy family of five is seeking a full-time housekeeper for their townhouse on the Upper East Side. The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, 7am-6pm. This role can be live-in or live-out- the live-in accommodations are a bedroom and bathroom that are shared with the weekend housekeeper/nanny.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>All care of a five-floor townhouse</li>\n <li>Deep cleaning</li>\n <li>Daily tidying and organization</li>\n <li>Errands and accepting packages</li>\n <li>Laundry</li>\n <li>Cooking breakfast for the children daily, and ideally dinner for the family 2-3 times per week (easy family-style cooking)</li>\n <li>Basic pet care for the family dog </li>\n <li>Some travel to the family's second home upstate during the summer months </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Efficient and detail-oriented</li>\n <li>Proactive self-starter who can manage their time effectively</li>\n <li>Team player- the family has a solid team and is looking for someone to work cohesively </li>\n <li>Happy to work in a busy environment with children </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>US work authorization</li>\n <li>Driving is NOT required but would be a bonus</li>\n <li>Swimming is NOT required but would be a bonus</li>\n <li>Ability to climb the stairs in a townhouse </li>\n <li>Able to work around and with a dog </li>\n <li>Willingness to spend some time at the family's second home during the summer months </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Salary and Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>$35-40/hr. </li>\n <li>PTO</li>\n</ul>",
