The role will be covering  contracts with the lining division. This role is best suited to somebody who thrives in running a team  with excellent man management skills and strong  communication skills, who can work well under pressure.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">The ideal candidate for the Site Supervisor vacancy<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> MUST</span> hold a UK driving licence.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #222222\">This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving, stable and</span></span><span style=\"color: #222222\"> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">successful business.</span></span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location: Bradford</span>, Yorkshire</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Hours:</span> 47.5 hours per week</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Salary: Depending on Experience </span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities – but not limited to:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support in the management of the lining teams.<br></li>\n<li>Support in Audits, compliance, and site safety in line with company policies and health and safety.</li>\n<li>Problem solving – analytical skills.</li>\n<li>Customer interaction.</li>\n<li>Client interaction.</li>\n<li>Fleet and plant management.</li>\n<li>Monitoring productivity</li>\n<li>Excellent housekeeping, whilst adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures.</li>\n<li>Providing positive and innovative input to the team.</li>\n<li>Ensuring safety issues are reported in line with company procedures.</li>\n<li>Demonstrate leadership.</li>\n<li>Attend meetings at various sites on a weekly basis to discuss potential works and CPI’s</li>\n<li>Daily management of live work bank, which will require liaising with client and lining team daily and reacting to live high priority jobs.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\">Experience and qualifications required for the role:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent listening and communication skills</li>\n<li>Strong Management experience essential </li>\n<li>Customer and client interaction, at all levels</li>\n<li>Competent in IT</li>\n<li>All aspects of patching, lining and robotic cutting.</li>\n<li>Team player</li>\n<li>Positive, can-do attitude</li>\n<li>Ability to multitask.</li>\n<li>Ability to work to deadlines and be reactive to the business needs.</li>\n<li>A great work ethic<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\">What you will get in return:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">In joining Sapphire Utility Solutions as part of the Lanes Group - the UK’s largest independent provider, we are committed to fostering a workplace culture that prioritises the well-being, growth, and safety of our employees.
