We’re hiring and we want difference makers who will inspire children to become lifelong learners.</p>\n<p><b>As a Team Lead, you are a:</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li><b>Teacher!&nbsp;</b>Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children in your care. Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation.&nbsp;<b>Classroom instruction is at least 50% of weekly schedule</b>.</li>\n <li><b>Communicator!</b>&nbsp;Communicate and build relationships with families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.</li>\n <li><b>Mentor!</b>&nbsp;Be responsible for, or assisting with, the management, training, and mentoring of new hires and your fellow Teachers, as you create fun, interactive learning experiences to share with the preschool children.</li>\n <li><b>Leader!</b>&nbsp;Take on the duties of Director or Assistant Director in his/her absence, including opening and closing the school.</li>\n <li><b>Expert!</b>&nbsp;Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>​​​​​​​<b>We&nbsp;want energetic, dependable, passionate individuals&nbsp;who&nbsp;are at least 18 and&nbsp;have: </b>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in a licensed&nbsp;childcare&nbsp;facility, leading a classroom,&nbsp;and&nbsp;implementing lesson plans.</li>\n <li>College credits towards&nbsp;Early&nbsp;Childhood&nbsp;Education or&nbsp;Child&nbsp;Development degree or a CDA, preferred.</li>\n <li>The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.</li>\n <li>Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:.375in\"><b>Compensation &amp; Benefits:</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Pay $20.00 - $23.00 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered</span></li>\n <li><span>Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.</span></li>\n <li><span>Limited medical offered for part-time workers.</span></li>\n <li><span>Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification available to all employees</span></li>\n <li><span>Monday-Friday work week</span></li>\n</ul>",
