This role is responsible for building strong client relationships, generating new business, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial solutions that support commercial clients&rsquo; cash-flow, liquidity, and operational needs. The Branch Manager also ensures compliance with regulatory guidelines, operational standards, and bank policies.</strong></p><p><strong>This individual&#39;s role plays a critical part in expanding the bank&rsquo;s presence in the commercial market, strengthening treasury management penetration, and ensuring the branch delivers both operational excellence and profitable growth.</strong></p><p><strong>Supervisor Responsibilities</strong></p><p>This position supervises Branch Operations Staff at the assigned branch location. &nbsp; Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. &nbsp;All supervisory responsibilities are carried out in accordance with the financial institution&rsquo;s policies and applicable laws.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p data-pasted=\"true\">Branch Leadership &amp; Operations</p><p>- Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to achieve performance goals and deliver exceptional service.</p><p>- Oversee branch operations, risk management, and compliance with all banking regulations.</p><p>- Ensure efficient and accurate transaction processing, cash management, and audit integrity.</p><p>- Manage branch budget, staffing, and scheduling to meet operational and financial objectives.</p><p>- Foster a collaborative, customer-focused culture aligned with organizational values.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Treasury Management</p><p>- Identify treasury management needs for business clients and deliver tailored solutions.</p><p>- Partner with product teams to implement services such as ACH origination, remote deposit, merchant services, positive pay, and digital banking tools.</p><p>- Conduct onsite visits and consultations with commercial clients to optimize cash-flow efficiency.</p><p>- Train branch staff to recognize treasury management opportunities and refer appropriately.</p><p>- Ensure proper onboarding, documentation, and setup for all treasury management products.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Commercial Business Development</p><p>- Develop and execute strategies to grow the branch&rsquo;s commercial banking portfolio.</p><p>- Source and cultivate new commercial relationships, including small business and middle-market clients.</p><p>- Conduct financial analysis to assess creditworthiness and support loan structuring alongside commercial lenders.</p><p>- Represent the bank at community events, networking functions, and business associations.</p><p>- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying cross-sell opportunities across lending, deposits, and treasury products.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Customer Experience</p><p>- Champion a relationship-based sales approach that focuses on long-term customer value.</p><p>- Monitor client satisfaction, resolve escalated issues, and ensure seamless delivery of services.</p><p>- Maintain in-depth knowledge of bank products, policies, and market trends to guide clients effectively.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Other Duties</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong>This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. &nbsp;
