This role ensures residents' dietary needs and preferences are met while fostering a welcoming and inclusive dining environment. In this role, you will build meaningful and rewarding relationships with our residents. We offer a supportive work environment, flexible schedules, and growth opportunities.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Greet residents and guests warmly, creating a positive dining atmosphere.</li><li>Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.</li><li>Ensure meals are served according to residents’ dietary requirements and preferences, including portion sizes and special requests.</li><li>Ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all residents, serving food and beverages with a smile.</li><li>Prepare the dining room before each meal by setting tables with linens, utensils, and glassware.</li><li>Clear tables promptly after meals, ensuring cleanliness and organization.</li><li>Reset tables for the next meal service.</li><li>Communicate resident feedback and requests to the Culinary Director or kitchen staff.</li><li>Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling of food and beverages.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local health department regulations and Cogir senior living standards.</li></ul><p><br></p>",
