With our patients as top priority, our team works closely together to deliver the benefits of innovative medical technology.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the role</span></p>\n<p>We are seeking a<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Senior / Clinic Assistant</span> who will provide operational support for the clinics.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Handles front desk registration of patients, schedule medical appointments, dispense medications and consumables and payment collection</span></li>\n<li><span>Error free results entry to CMS system</span></li>\n<li><span>Responsible for correct billings/invoices; accountable for cash collection and ensure accuracy</span></li>\n<li><span>Conduct monthly stock taking of drugs and consumables</span></li>\n<li><span>Responsible for self-development by attending in-house courses during work hours or after work hours</span></li>\n<li><span>Assist Doctor to provide treatment and medical examination</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure that the clinics are kept clean and tidy at all time</span></li>\n<li><span>To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor/Manager</span></li>\n<li><span>Able to work in the evening and on weekends according to roster based on </span><a href=\"https://doctoranywhere.com/da-clinic-group/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">clinic operation hours</a></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Clinic Locations: Simei, Anchorvale and Taman Jurong</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>*Rotation to different clinics when deemed necessary to support the clinic operations*</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About you</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 1 - 3 years of related clinic assistant or customer service experience preferred </li>\n<li>Able to work on rostered shifts, which includes some weekends and public holidays</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Clinic Opening Hours: </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Weekdays: 8.30am-4pm, 6pm-9pm; </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Weekends/PH: 8.30am-12pm - Potong Pasir</span><br></li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills</li>\n<li>Computer Literacy is required</li>\n<li>Unquestioned integrity and high standards in the work you do<br></li>\n<li>A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges. </li>\n<li>Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we’re not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun! </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About Doctor Anywhere</span></p>\n<p><span>Doctor Anywhere (DA) is a regional tech-enabled, omnichannel healthcare provider delivering care to 2.5 million users across 6 countries in Southeast Asia.
