By working closely with the Installer and Residential Install Manager, you will complete jobs on time and under budget, helping achieve the company’s financial goals.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead install team in all HVAC system installations; be efficient and accurate</li>\n<li>Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction</li>\n<li>Demonstrate professionalism and knowledge to win new referrals and repeat business</li>\n<li>Maintain communication with office personnel to ensure overall success of the business</li>\n<li>Train and mentor apprentices to ensure on-time, high quality installations</li>\n<li>Participate actively in all formal exercises and on-the-job training</li>\n<li>Complete accurate and timely paperwork; maintain accurate inventory records</li>\n<li>Must be available for an “on-call” rotation</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 3-5 years experience in residential HVAC install/replacement</li>\n<li>Knowledge of applicable installation and venting codes</li>\n<li>Clean, safe driving record</li>\n<li>Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities</li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communications</li>\n<li>High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections</li>\n<li>Strong desire to grow</li>\n<li>Outgoing personality that blends well with fast-paced, goal-driven environment</li>\n<li>Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team</li>\n<li>Highly motivated, self-starter who’s flexible and has a great attitude on life</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education and Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School Diploma or GED</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license with a clean record</li>\n<li>Graduated from HVAC technical program</li>\n<li>EPA Certification<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements:</span></p>\n<p> Physical activity not limited to: climbing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting &lt;100 lbs. and speaking.
