Investigation</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis</li>\n<li>Track and report key safety metrics (TRIR, near misses, leading indicators)</li>\n<li>Identify trends and implement corrective actions</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Continuous Improvement</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct regular safety audits and inspections</li>\n<li>Improve processes related to:\n<ul>\n<li>Rigging and crane operations</li>\n<li>Welding and fabrication safety</li>\n<li>Material handling and heavy equipment use</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Bring</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of safety experience in a manufacturing, heavy industry or industrial construction environment required: Structural steel fabrication highly preferred</li>\n<li>Proven ability to work <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">hands-on in a shop environment</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical Knowledge</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong understanding of:\n<ul>\n<li>Welding processes (FCAW, GMAW, SMAW preferred)</li>\n<li>Overhead cranes, rigging, and material handling</li>\n<li>Heavy plate fabrication and industrial equipment</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Certifications</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>OSHA 30 (General Industry or Construction)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>CHST or ASP</li>\n<li>First Aid / CPR / AED</li>\n<li>Fall Protection Competent Person</li>\n<li>Confined Space Training</li>\n<li>LOTO Certification</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong leadership and communication skills</li>\n<li>Ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the organization</li>\n<li>Analytical mindset with a focus on root cause and prevention</li>\n<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation &amp;
