          "text": "<p>Responsibilities:\t</p><ul><li>\n\tExperienced HSIP product Principal Applications Engineer\n</li><li>Background in hardware/software, systems, and technical applications engineering to provide support to Tier 1 customers </li><li>\n\tRequired to become an expert in the architecture of MACsec/FCoE phys that allows the organization to sustain its market leading position in 10/40/100 Gigabit phys </li><li>\n\tInterface with both customers and our Field Applications Engineers supporting pre-sales activity and ensuring the successful launch of the finished products </li><li>\n\tFundamentally the role is to help secure customer design wins and assist customers in bringing their products to market rapidly and successfully </li><li>\n\tSupport of architecture and low-level hardware questions and issues </li><li>\n\tAnalysis of customer architecture and requirements </li><li>\n\tDebugging of complicated issues and problems </li><li>\n\tBoard debugging and bring up </li><li>\n\tSchematic and layout design reviews </li><li>\n\tTraining of customers and Field Applications Engineers </li><li>\n\tWork with a variety of internal employees in Hardware and Software Engineering, Architecture, Field Applications Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and senior management\n<br /></li></ul>",

          "text": "<p>Requirements:\n</p><ul><li>Bachelors plus 12 years experience, Masters plus 9 years experience or PhD plus 6 years experience, in relevant fields with a strong track record of success </li><li>\n\tExperience and/or knowledge in most if not all of the following areas: </li><li>\n\t-- Applications Engineering </li><li>\n\t-- Direct customer interaction and involvement </li><li>\n\t-- Project or time management skills </li><li>\n-- Ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently </li><li>\n-- Ability to explain and train others on complex technology </li><li>\n-- Debugging of complicated problems or bugs </li><li>\n-- Hardware/software/firmware bring-up </li><li>\n-- Training of customers and/or FAEs Architecture and Low Level Hardware/Software </li><li>\nStrong working knowledge of MACsec/FCoE is a MUST\n</li><li>Strong working knowledge of high-speed (10Gbps+) phy and SerDes </li><li>\n\tExperience with Ethernet system and standard is preferred\n</li><li>Experience with 10G optical system and standard is preferred\n</li><li>OTN experience is a plus\n</li><li>Architecture, programming, or support of complex System on a Chip devices is a plus </li><li>\n\tRegister level programming of complex devices </li><li>\nPractical knowledge of C, C++, and Visual Basic is needed to modify/create simple function/script\n</li><li>Hardware, high-speed SerDes, or system (board) experience is a plus\n</li><li>Experience with high-speed Signal Integrity issues is a plus\n</li><li>Experience with optical components and tester is a plus </li><li>\n\tShould be able to review PCB layout and schematic </li><li>-- Experience using Ethernet traffic generator, High-speed scope, Jitter Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, Network Analyzer, and OTN tester is a plus. </li><li>\n\tFluency (conversational and/or technical) in foreign languages is a plus \n<br /></li></ul>",
