          "text": "<p><strong>This role offers a starting range of $70,000 to $88,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations.</strong></p><p>We are seeking an<strong>&#xa0;</strong>Inplant Manager to work at our customer's site.&#xa0;This person will serve as a liaison between INX and the customer and will be responsible for many functions, including maintaining INX's on-site ink room and&#xa0;making ink.&#xa0;As an Inplant Manager, you will be responsible for:</p><ul><li>Performing technical service, color matching,&#xa0;ink production and dispensing ink</li><li>Manufacturing batches of ink under 100 lbs</li><li>Performing Quality Control tests on incoming and site-manufactured batches</li><li>Inventory management and monthly consignment counts</li><li>Maintaining customer satisfaction by superior service</li><li>Maintaining sound relations with customers</li><li>Ensuring&#xa0;that the INX representative understands any technical problems encountered by customer, resolving&#xa0;them immediately and documenting&#xa0;appropriately</li><li>Directing, coordinating, and planning&#xa0;the activities of INX Inplant Technicians</li><li>Communicating&#xa0;and training&#xa0;&#xa0; all INX Inplant Techs on operational procedures, assuring they are understood and implemented when applicable</li><li>Providing&#xa0;continued operational support and conducting inplant quality audits</li></ul>",
