    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Manager – Kitchen &amp; Bathroom Refurbishment (Social Housing)</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location:</span> Nottingham<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Type:</span> Permanent, Full-Time<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Salary:</span> Competitive package</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We are looking for an experienced <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Manager</span> to join our team, delivering kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects within the social housing sector.</p>\n<p>This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.</p>\n<p>As a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of projects from inception through to completion, ensuring smooth delivery, strong stakeholder engagement, and consistent performance against KPIs.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You'll Do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage end-to-end delivery of refurbishment projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards</li>\n<li>Develop and manage project programmes, resource plans, and budgets</li>\n<li>Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure efficient workflow and productivity</li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, residents, and key stakeholders</li>\n<li>Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations</li>\n<li>Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively</li>\n<li>Oversee contract delivery, including managing variations, valuations, and cost control</li>\n<li>Ensure full compliance with health &amp; safety regulations, company policies, and legal requirements</li>\n<li>Monitor site performance, conduct regular inspections, and ensure quality assurance standards are met</li>\n<li>Drive and report on project KPIs, implementing improvements where required</li>\n<li>Manage resident liaison processes, ensuring minimal disruption and high levels of customer satisfaction</li>\n<li>Lead, mentor, and motivate operational and site teams to achieve project objectives</li>\n<li>Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including reports, programmes, and handover packs</li>\n<li>Support continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We're looking For:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 3 years’ experience managing kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects within social housing </li>\n<li>Proven track record of delivering multiple projects simultaneously</li>\n<li>Strong commercial awareness, including budget management and cost control</li>\n<li>Experience managing subcontractors and direct labour<br></li>\n<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive, solutions-focused approach</li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines</li>\n<li>Excellent organisational, planning, and time management skills</li>\n<li>Close attention to detail and a methodical approach to work</li>\n<li>Full clean UK driving licence<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>SMSTS </li>\n<li>CSCS Card (Manager level)</li>\n<li>Asbestos Awareness</li>\n<li>First Aid at Work</li>\n<li>Fire Marshal / Fire Safety certification</li>\n<li>Relevant construction or project management qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 4/5, HNC/HND, or equivalent)<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why work with us?
