With competitive pay and benefits, safe and stable work, and an environment that is caring and supportive, <strong>National Beef could become your next career move!</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Human Resources Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Plans, organizes and controls all activities of the site's Human Resources Department</li>\n <li>Plays a key role in business processes to include providing support and input for the site's long-term strategic plan and managing employee crewing and resource planning across the site</li>\n <li>Directs, guides, and coordinates all Human Resource Programs, Policies and Practices</li>\n <li>Assists in ensuring a safe work environment for all employees</li>\n <li>Develops department goals, objectives and systems in order to meet business objectives and ensure governmental compliance</li>\n <li>Leads corporate Human Resources initiatives such as the organizational health process, succession planning, leadership training, performance review and talent review</li>\n <li>Creates an effective employee and labor relations environment that enables the site to attain its business objectives</li>\n <li>Provides advice and coaching to Senior Leaders, managers and employees on all matters related to employee and organizational development</li>\n <li>Provides generalist and strategic human resources leadership at their respective plant</li>\n <li>Deals with employee relations issues and work with employees and union leaders on resolutions</li>\n <li>Payroll over-site for facility</li>\n</ul>\n<p>This is an on-site position.  This is a safety sensitive position.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualified candidates for the Human Resources Manager position should possess the following:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelors Degree from an accredited university; Master's degree in Human Resources or Business related field preferred</li>\n <li>5 plus years of Human Resources experience with some managerial experience</li>\n <li>Labor relations experience</li>\n <li>Management development expertise</li>\n <li>Knowledge of employment and labor laws</li>\n <li>Microsoft Office suite</li>\n <li>UKG Dimensions and/or Kronos Workforce Central experience preferred</li>\n <li>Excellent written and oral communication skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Qualified candidates for this position will be required to successfully complete the background check.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Must be at least 18 years of age or older.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.</p>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p>National Beef is a leader in producing fresh, chilled and further processed beef products for customers in the U.S. and worldwide.
