The Logistics Analyst III will ensure effective application of the doctrine and practices of materiel fielding to assigned system(s).</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Interface with Fielding Commands to provide advice on fielding strategies and procedures. Prepare and present Total Package Fielding Briefings and other related briefings.</li><li>Prepare and/or ensure correctness and completeness of the materiel requirements list; performs materiel requirements list validation and coordination with gaining commands and units.</li><li>Direct monitoring of requisitioned packages; advise the fielding command as to the ability to field.</li><li>Plan and coordinate the movement of equipment packages to gaining unit locations.</li><li>Conduct on-site coordination with gaining commands/units to accomplish inventories of equipment packages and to accomplish transfer to assets to unit property accounts.</li><li>Participate in equipment configuration, assembly or installation, as required.</li><li>Provide reports of discrepancy and deficiency to the fielding command.</li><li>Write After-Action Reports and ILS Lessons Learned.</li><li>Direct post-fielding follow-up to ensure that the gaining unit receives all items of equipment due.</li><li>Perform other duties as required by the supervisor.</li></ul>",
