    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Holitna</strong> is searching for an experienced <strong>Medical Equipment Planner&nbsp;</strong>to join our expanding team. <strong>Must have 5+ years of DoD experience.</strong> Our ideal candidate will possess the skills to manage and successfully execute all aspects of the project delivery (planning, BIM, construction coordination, validation, procurement, logistics and activation) related to medical equipment. <strong>Must have experience working with Attainia Software</strong>. This person will work remotely, with some travel, and report to the Manager of Medical Equipment.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Meet with end-users and recommend medical equipment.</li><li>Research customer requirements/requests.</li><li>Manage project equipment requirements with critical thinking and attention to the impact on construction.</li><li>Develop and maintain communication with clients, and design-build team to clarify scope of work and schedule requirements.</li><li>Identify and manage risk; leverage healthcare specific experience and knowledge to help identify solutions to project challenges.</li><li>Develop and monitor the equipment schedule and MEQ budget.</li><li>Responsible for the design process and the MEQ deliverables.</li><li>Manage the creation and communication of equipment specifications and drawings for construction documents.</li><li>Manage client direction, expectations and provide internal team guidance to facilitate and ensure project goals are met.</li><li>Manage quality control process to ensure MEQ documentation is accurate and complete.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with vendors, subcontractors and internal clients to maintain a competitive advantage for the company.</li><li>Implement and monitor training and mentoring of project staff.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Architecture or equivalent required.</li><li>7+ years&rsquo; experience as a medical equipment planner for healthcare.</li><li>5+ years&rsquo; experience working with DoD.</li><li>Prior experience working with Attainia software required.</li><li>Experience executing large, multi-phased complex healthcare projects preferred.</li><li>Ability to manage numerous projects demands at the same time, prioritize work and delegate tasks to team.</li><li>Proficient in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data.</li><li>Ability to quality check data for errors and incompleteness based on medical equipment planning experience.</li><li>Proficient in managing large amounts of data and working in an equipment planning database.</li><li>Ability to develop and implement internal project processes.</li><li>Knowledge and/or familiarity with Revit preferred.</li><li>Knowledge or familiarity with SEPS.</li><li>Knowledge of clinical workflow and equipment placement in relation to architectural spaces.</li><li>Experience in Lab Planning.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Benefits Include:</strong><br>401(K) Plan with Employer Match, Health Insurance (medical, dental, and vision), Paid Time Off, Flexible Spending Accounts (Health and Dependent Care), Life insurance, short term and long-term disability, Full Holiday Schedule and more.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p>This company, its subsidiaries, and joint ventures will provide equal employment opportunities to all persons and prohibits employment decisions on the basis of race, religion, color, creed, national origin, sex, age, disabling condition, political affiliation, protected veterans status, or sexual orientation.
