The FSE will provide on-site support during installation, along with after-sales service and maintenance for our advanced Inline PVD Equipment. The ideal candidate will have a background in semiconductor, display, photovoltaics, and/or architectural glass manufacturing, knowledge of copy exact principles and hands on experience troubleshooting  inline sputtering and evaporation processes and hardware.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Installation and Commissioning</span>: Oversee the installation and commissioning of inline-based sputter and evaporation equipment at customer sites.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Maintenance and Repair</span>: Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on PVD systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Customer Support</span>: Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment operation, maintenance procedures, and best practices.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Process Optimization</span>: Collaborate with customers to optimize PVD processes and improve product yields.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Documentation</span>: Maintain accurate records of service activities, equipment performance, and customer interactions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Collaboration</span>: Work closely with engineering teams, both external and internal, to identify in-field issues, resolve, and contribute to product improvements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Travel</span>: Travel to customer sites as needed, both domestically and internationally.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">5+ years of experience in servicing PVD equipment, with a focus on inline sputter or evaporation systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with vacuum systems and plasma technology.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Excellent communication skills. German &amp; Mandarin language a plus.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Willingness to travel frequently.</span></li>\n</ul>",
