This role offers hands‑on exposure to the full project lifecycle—from concept and design through construction—while working alongside experienced professionals who are passionate about mentorship, technical excellence, and community impact.</p><hr><p><strong>Your Impact</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Support the <strong>design and analysis</strong> of civil engineering solutions for municipal water, wastewater, stormwater, and roadway infrastructure projects.</li><li>Contribute to <strong>design reports, technical memoranda, and calculations</strong> that inform sound engineering decisions.</li><li>Assist in the design of <strong>linear infrastructure</strong>, including watermains, sanitary and storm sewers, pump stations, and associated civil works.</li><li>Partner with Project Managers to deliver projects from <strong>concept through construction</strong>, supporting quality, schedule, budget, and risk objectives.</li><li>Participate in <strong>construction services</strong>, including field reviews, progress reporting, and contract administration support.</li><li>Help prepare <strong>engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents</strong> that clearly communicate design intent.</li><li>Collaborate with <strong>multidisciplinary teams</strong> to deliver integrated, client‑focused solutions that positively impact communities.</li></ul><hr><p><strong>The Skills That Set You Apart</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>A <strong>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering</strong> from an accredited institution.</li><li>Eligibility for, or registration as, an <strong>Engineer</strong>‑<strong>in</strong>‑<strong>Training (EIT)</strong> with EGBC.</li><li>Foundational knowledge of <strong>municipal infrastructure design</strong>, including water, wastewater, stormwater, and roadway systems.</li><li>Experience or coursework related to <strong>civil design software</strong> (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar).</li><li>Strong technical writing skills with the ability to support <strong>reports, memos, and design documentation</strong>.</li><li>Willingness to participate in <strong>field reviews and construction support activities</strong> as required.</li><li>A collaborative mindset and eagerness to <strong>learn, grow, and contribute</strong> within a team‑based environment.</li></ul><hr><p><strong>Why Choose WSP?</strong></p><p>Why Choose WSP?
