Day to day, that means:</p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), guided by individualized treatment plans</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Building skills through play, connection, and the kind of presence that helps a child feel safe enough to try</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Tracking progress and documenting sessions using ABA technology</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Creating a safe, positive environment for every child you work with</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Preparing for your RBT certification exam within your first 45 days</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>💼</strong><strong>&nbsp;What We Offer:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">No RBT? $18.24 - $20.00</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Obtained your RBT?
