Teamwork and team chemistry is a very important part of our culture.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The <strong>Service Valets/Porters</strong> helps ensure complete customer satisfaction by moving vehicles in and around the service area/lot, maintaining the cleanliness of vehicles and the service area, delivering vehicles to customers after service is complete, and transporting customers to/from their home when needed.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Our ideal candidate has the following:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma or GED.</li>\n <li>Willing to learn (No experience, Entry level).</li>\n <li>Excellent customer service skills.</li>\n <li>Confident and outgoing personality.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><em>So, if you are all of these and self-motivated and have a willingness to provide excellent customer service for the Lexus brand please apply!!</em></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>In addition to competitive pay, we offer our employees: <strong>Health, Dental, Vision, Life, 401K, Health &Wellness Program, community involvement and company paid vacation and holidays.</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Drives vehicles to and from service areas and lot as needed.</li>\n <li>Installs protective coverings (seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, etc.) and tags in all vehicles brought in for service.</li>\n <li>Services vehicles with gas, oil, and water.</li>\n <li>Washes and cleans vehicles as needed.</li>\n <li>Helps maintain lot appearance by cleaning driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary.</li>\n <li>Helps maintain shop cleanliness, including windows, doors, floors, etc.</li>\n <li>Dealer Trades.</li>\n <li>Transports customers to and from their home when needed and requested.</li>\n <li>Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards.</li>\n <li>Follows all safety and security procedures.</li>\n <li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>No experience necessary but a PLUS! (Auto dealership preferred).</li>\n <li>High school diploma or GED preferred.</li>\n <li>A valid California driver's license and clean driving record.</li>\n <li>Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles.</li>\n <li>Able to safely operate motor vehicles in tight and small spaces.</li>\n <li>Highly professional and dependable.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.</li>\n <li>Able to work independently with minimal supervision.</li>\n <li>Basic computer and internet skills.</li>\n <li>Previous experience in a similar role a plus.</li>\n <li>Must be customer service oriented.</li>\n <li>Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer and team members.</li>\n <li>Must be self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n <li>Strive to respect and facilitate teamwork within all departments.</li>\n <li>Friendly with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond.</li>\n <li>Willing to multi-task.</li>\n <li>College Students - We can work around schedules.</li>\n <li>Bilingual a PLUS!!</li>\n</ul>",
