On occasion, they will provide support to the maintenance staff by doing routine maintenance work such as changing light bulbs, greasing hinges, changing filters, and moving furniture.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Maintain property grounds</li><li>Identify maintenance issues&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct all work in a safe manner and in accordance with OSHA standards</li><li>Other duties as assigned by supervision</li></ul><p>EOE M/W/D/V</p>",
