By joining our team, you will share in the joy of providing “care with dignity and life with hope.”</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Responsibilities:</em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform comprehensive assessments to determine appropriate level of care.</li>\n<li>Refer clients to alternative levels of care when clinically indicated.</li>\n<li>Conduct individual and group counseling sessions.</li>\n<li>Complete clinical documentation such as treatment plans, progress notes, and reports.</li>\n<li>Document in an electronic medical records system.</li>\n<li>Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide person centered care.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Qualifications:</em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>HS Diploma or GED.</li>\n<li>CASAC or CASAC-T that is CASAC eligible.</li>\n<li>Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.</li>\n<li>PC proficiency and the ability to input and maintain electronic medical records.</li>\n<li>Valid NYS Driver’s License needed for occasional use of business vehicle to transport clients.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Schedule:</em></span></p>\n<p><em>Full time, 35 hours a week – 1-2 evenings required.</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Rate of Pay</em></span>: $25 - $30 per hour</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>ATC – CASAC-T   $25 per hour</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>ATC – CASAC   $30 per hour</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>This rate of pay serves as a good faith estimate. Actual pay is based on a number of factors which may include a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and work location.
