The PSS is responsible for working with team members to ensure residents’ needs are met and to assist in providing a safe homelike environment for residents.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>1.    Residential Care Specialist 1 (RCS -I) or Personal Support Specialist (PSS) Certification required within 120 calendar days.</p>\n<p>2.    Placed on state registry within 120 calendar days.</p>\n<p>3.
