We’re looking for a <strong>Maintenance Technician II</strong> to join our growing manufacturing team and help support reliable, safe, and efficient operations.</p>\n\n<p>This role is ideal for someone with strong <strong>mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing</strong> who wants steady work, opportunities to grow their skills, and a company that takes safety and food quality seriously.</p>\n\n<h3><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></h3>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and packaging equipment in a food manufacturing environment</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and keep equipment running smoothly</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Diagnose and repair mechanical issues involving conveyors, motors, gearboxes, bearings, belts, chains, pneumatics, and related systems</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Respond to production calls and breakdowns in a timely, professional manner</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Assist with equipment installations, improvements, and changeovers</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Work closely with production, quality, and leadership teams to support daily operations</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout, machine guarding, and hot work practices</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance work performed</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p><strong>Bonus:</strong> Experience with PLCs or automated equipment is a plus, but not required.
