You will use your strong attention to detail to maintain our quality standards.</p>\n<p>·        The ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, especially the ability to meet tight deadlines for our clients.</p>\n<p>·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>·        Review real estate title reports pursuant to company guidelines for approval or rejection</p>\n<p>·        Knowledge of internal operating systems</p>\n<p>·        Research and resolve discrepancies</p>\n<p>·        Maintain accurate individual records and logs</p>\n<p>·        Review all documentation for accuracy</p>\n<p>·        Knowledge of client requirements</p>\n<p>·        Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely manner</p>\n<p>·        Address inquiries from clients, borrowers, agents, and internal staff in a professional and timely manner</p>\n<p>·        Review work-in-progress reports to ensure completion</p>\n<p>·        Maintain open communication with other team members and team leader</p>\n<p>·        Monitor and process all order types and folders for the Title Underwriting Department</p>\n<p>·        Follow on rejected files</p>\n<p>·        Proficient with ServiceLink operating systems and internal search engines</p>\n<p>·        Adhere to company policies and procedures</p>\n<p>·        Meet minimum production goals and quality requirements as set by management</p>\n<p>·        Perform all other duties as assigned</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>·        High School diploma or equivalent required</p>\n<p>·        1+ years of previous national/multi-state real estate title examination experience is required</p>\n<p>·        Typing/Data Entry skills, minimum 45 wpm with 95% accuracy</p>\n<p>·        Possess good communication and customer service skills</p>\n<p>·        Familiarity with personal computer operation</p>\n<p>·        Knowledge of real estate terminology</p>\n<p> </p>",
