    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p>JENNMAR Services is seeking an<strong>&nbsp;experienced Maintenance Technician</strong> to support operations at a coal preparation plant. This role is critical to ensuring <strong>maximum uptime, equipment reliability, and safe production flow</strong> across all plant systems.</p><p>This is <strong>not an entry-level position</strong>. We are looking for individuals who can <strong>diagnose, repair, and prevent failures</strong> in a fast-paced, heavy industrial environment with minimal supervision.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Perform <strong>preventative and corrective maintenance&nbsp;</strong>on prep plant equipment, including:<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Conveyors, belts, rollers, and pulleys</li><li>Crushers, screens, and feeders</li><li>Pumps, motors, gearboxes, and hydraulic systems</li><li>Dense media systems, cyclones, and flotation circuits</li></ul></li><li>Troubleshoot and repair <strong>mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues</strong></li><li>Conduct <strong>daily inspections</strong> to identify wear, damage, or failure risks</li><li>Execute <strong>lockout/tagout procedures</strong> and follow all safety protocols</li><li>Perform <strong>welding, cutting, and fabrication</strong> as needed</li><li>Replace bearings, shafts, belts, and structural components</li><li>Assist with <strong>plant shutdowns, rebuilds, and major repairs</strong></li><li>Maintain accurate <strong>maintenance logs and reports</strong></li><li>Work closely with plant operators to <strong>minimize downtime and improve efficiency</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><strong>3+ years of maintenance experience</strong> in a coal prep plant or heavy industrial environment</li><li>Strong knowledge of:<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Conveyor systems</li><li>Rotating equipment (motors, pumps, gearboxes)</li><li>Hydraulics and pneumatics</li></ul></li><li>Experience with <strong>welding (stick/MIG preferred)</strong> and torch work</li><li>Ability to read and interpret <strong>blueprints and schematics</strong></li><li>Proven troubleshooting ability under pressure</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>MSHA safety standards</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Previous experience specifically in a <strong>coal preparation plant</strong></li><li>Basic electrical troubleshooting (480V systems a plus)</li><li>Experience with <strong>PLC systems or plant automation</strong></li><li>Millwright background</li><li>MSHA certification</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Ability to lift <strong>50+ lbs regularly</strong></li><li>Climb ladders, work at heights, and in confined spaces</li><li>Work in <strong>dusty, wet, and high-noise environments</strong></li><li>Stand, walk, and perform manual labor for extended periods</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Industrial coal preparation plant setting</li><li>Exposure to moving machinery, weather conditions, and production demands</li><li>Must be willing to work <strong>rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p>#IND2</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
