This includes taking orders for deliveries, pick-ups, and fielding telephone calls that require some mechanical or operational troubleshooting with equipment. May deliver equipment occasionally. The position also consists of coordinating and dispatching all delivery vehicles for pick-ups, deliveries and exchanges to ensure all delivery times are met. The position requires clear, concise, and professional communication with drivers and customers.",
