Variable schedule.&nbsp;</p><p id=\"isPasted\">We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Floating Leasing Consultant to support leasing operations across multiple properties within our portfolio. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in diverse environments and enjoys building relationships with prospective residents and property teams. The Floating Leasing Consultant will travel between assigned communities to provide leasing support, ensure consistent customer service, and contribute to occupancy goals.</p><p><strong>Leasing and Sales:</strong></p><ul type=\"square\"><li>Greet prospective residents, show apartments, and assist with the leasing process.</li><li>Explain lease terms, community policies, and rental prices to potential tenants.</li><li>Conduct property tours and highlight the unique features and amenities of the community.</li><li>Follow up with prospects through phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.</li><li>Maintain an accurate and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the property and market conditions.</li><li>Follow all Equal Housing Opportunity guidelines, local laws, and company policies</li></ul><p><strong>Customer Service:</strong></p><ul type=\"square\"><li>Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.</li><li>Assist residents with move-in and move-out procedures.</li><li>Conduct resident satisfaction surveys and handle resident complaints professionally.</li><li>Encourage reviews to remain relevant with our online presence&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Administrative Duties:</strong></p><ul type=\"square\"><li>Prepare and process leasing paperwork, including lease agreements and renewals.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and leasing activities.</li><li>Assist with marketing and advertising efforts, including social media postings, outreach marketing efforts and community events.</li><li>Daily review of leads and follow ups within CRM.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Property Management Support:</strong></p><ul type=\"square\"><li>Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely and efficient service requests.</li><li>Conduct property inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues.</li><li>Attend all seminars, classes, and community team meetings as instructed.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"square\"><li><span data-teams=\"true\" data-pasted=\"true\">Minimum 2 year of successful leasing experience within a residential property management environment is required.</span></li><li>Tax credit experience preferred.</li><li>Current and valid Driver&rsquo;s License and a clear driving record.</li><li>Reliable transportation to travel regularly between properties as scheduled, with flexibility to respond to urgent staffing needs or leasing demands.</li><li>Yardi experience preferred.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.</li><li>Positive attitude and a professional appearance.</li><li>Knowledge of local rental market trends and conditions preferred&nbsp;</li><li>Basic computer literacy&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to speak different languages is always a plus!</li></ul><p><em>ROSS Companies is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.</em></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
