If you thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments and find purpose in keeping employees healthy and workplaces safe, this role is for you.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver expert occupational health services within dynamic industrial settings – such as Eli Lilly and Carrier Corporation</li>\n<li>Recognize risks before they escalate — and act decisively</li>\n<li>Adjust quickly to change, shifting demands, and unexpected situations</li>\n<li>Provide education, prevention, and intervention that keeps employees at work and thriving</li>\n<li>Serve as a clinical partner to both employees and employers, balancing compassion and compliance</li>\n<li>We offer a variety of schedules, all shifts, all days of the week depending on the production schedule of the facility.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Bring:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Current RN and advanced practice license state of North Carolina </li>\n<li>Physician Assistant license state of North Carolina</li>\n<li>2–5 years of occupational health experience, preferably in manufacturing</li>\n<li>COHN or COHN-S certification preferred</li>\n<li>CAOHC Certification preferred</li>\n<li>Strong communicator with a solutions-first mindset</li>\n<li>Excellent computer literacy</li>\n<li>Passionate about prevention, safety, and employee well-being</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of ergonomic principles and workplace health standards</li>\n<li>Ability to organize, plan independently, and adapt in fast-moving environments</li>\n<li>A calm, intuitive presence with a proactive, solution-first mindset</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why BHS?</span><br>Because our values aren’t just words — they’re how we work:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellence in presence, conflict resolution, and communication</li>\n<li>Integrity through discretion, respect, and compassion</li>\n<li>Service that’s proactive, clinically sound, and current</li>\n<li>Humility that keeps outcomes and clients at the forefront</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Here, your clinical instincts matter.
