They assign tasks, inspect work to ensure it's up to standard, and provide training on how to best handle customers' requests.</p>\n\n<p> </p>\n\n<p><strong>Essential Job Functions:</strong></p>\n\n<p>• Schedule room and cleaning assignments to ensure proper coverage.</p>\n\n<p>• Inspects all assigned rooms and public areas to ensure furnishings, equipment, linens, etc. are clean and in good repair.</p>\n\n<p>• Provide efficient and objective feedback to room attendants to drive efficiency and quality within the housekeeping department</p>\n\n<p>• Ensure that all associates have proper supplies, equipment, and uniforms including nametags and designated PPE.</p>\n\n<p>• Trains associates on safety standards and enforces those standards consistently.
