          "text": "<p>We’re seeking a detail‑driven and motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team in Milford, CT. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our financial operations running smoothly by ensuring vendor invoices and payments are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time.</p><p>This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, values precision, and takes pride in maintaining clean, reliable financial records. You’ll partner closely with internal teams and external vendors, contribute to month‑end close activities, and help identify ways to improve AP processes as we continue to grow.</p><p>If you’re proactive, organized, and thrive on problem‑solving, we’d love to hear from you.</p><p><strong>Your Role in Our Future</strong>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Process high‑volume vendor invoices with accuracy and efficiency</li><li>Review invoices for proper coding, approvals, and compliance with company policies</li><li>Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner</li><li>Prepare weekly payment runs (checks, ACH, wire transfers)</li><li>Maintain vendor files and ensure all documentation is complete and up to date</li><li>Assist with month‑end closing activities, including accruals and AP aging analysis</li><li>Respond to vendor inquiries and build strong working relationships</li><li>Support audits by providing requested documentation and reports</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and workflows</li></ul>",
