Our integrated, single-source solutions include turnkey in-house capabilities with design assistance, as well as engineering applications and automated control systems.</p>\n<h2>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Change and service filters, oil & grease bearings and perform belt adjustment and replacement services.</li>\n <li>Cooling tower and condenser maintenance – coils, evaporators and tubes</li>\n <li>Clean and perform routine maintenance as required</li>\n <li>Perform indoor air quality related maintenance including but not limited to the cleaning of duct systems and drain pans.</li>\n <li>General housekeeping tasks that are required by the customer to operate mechanical equipment.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required.</li>\n <li>Ability to follow written and verbal instructions</li>\n <li>Valid Vehicle Operators license</li>\n <li>Ability to stand, sit or squat for extended periods of time.</li>\n <li>Ability to lift, move and carry material up to 50 lbs.</li>\n <li>Ability to climb stairs, ladders and work at extended heights.</li>\n <li>Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). i.e. but not limited to, Dust mask, gloves, eye protection and hearing protection.</li>\n <li>Ability to wear a company uniform and maintain a neat personal appearance</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#Mesa #LI-Mesa #LI-HVACjobs #LI-Onsite  </p>\n<h2>Equal Opportunity Employer</h2>As a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
