Our volunteers and vans hit the road every day across Australia and New Zealand, helping folks feel seen, heard, and supported. Now, we’re on the lookout for someone just as passionate to join our team and help keep the wheels turning, literally!</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">The Role</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Reporting to our Asset Ops Specialist, you’ll be one of the key people making sure our vans are safe, reliable and ready to roll. You’ll help manage our fleet across Aus and NZ coordinating maintenance, sorting out any unexpected hiccups, and making sure everything’s running smoothly behind the scenes.  It’s a hands-on, get-stuff-done kind of role where you’ll be working closely with our Vehicle Leaders, partners, suppliers and contractors to keep services running and support our volunteers and friends in the community.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you’ll be doing (in a nutshell)</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Helping our vehicles stay roadworthy, safe and ready for action</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Jumping in to coordinate maintenance and respond to incidents with urgency and effective resolutions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Supporting repairs, upgrades, and new builds of our vehicles</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Travelling to services as needed to provide on-the-ground support</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Contributing to develop and implement strategies to improve and expand community impact with a focus on building service efficiency and stakeholder support programs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Building strong, ongoing relationships with Vehicle Leaders, providing regular updates and support to keep them engaged and informed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Building strong connections with our team, volunteers, and external partners and suppliers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Pitching in with stock and inventory tasks</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Using data and info to help make smart decisions and improve how we roll</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Being the go-to person when a van’s having a bad day</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you bring to the table</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">You build great relationships and know how to communicate with all kinds of stakeholders</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">You’re organised, reliable, and know how to juggle priorities like a pro and work towards tight deadlines</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">You're proactive, love problem-solving and able to think on your feet</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">You’re good with some travel and occasional after-hours support when needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">You’re passionate about what we do and want to help make a difference</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Bonus points if you’ve worked in asset/fleet coordination before – but not a deal breaker</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Why Join Orange Sky?</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">At Orange Sky, we want every person to be \"Better for Being Orange\".
