As a physician-owned and managed organization, we understand the value of quality patient care, professional satisfaction, and a supportive clinical environment.</p><p>We are seeking an <strong>experienced and dedicated Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant</strong> to join our team full-time at <strong>Massena Hospital</strong> in Northern New York. This is a permanent <strong>7 on / 7 off day shift</strong> position with competitive compensation and strong work-life balance.</p><h4>Position Highlights:</h4><ul><li><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> 7 on / 7 off (12-hour day shifts)</p></li><li><p><strong>Rate:</strong> $75&#8211;$80 per hour (W2)</p></li><li><p><strong>Annual Flex Expense Account:</strong> $25,000 (for benefits or PTO)</p></li><li><p><strong>Comprehensive Coverage:</strong> Malpractice and tail coverage provided</p></li></ul><h4>Key Responsibilities:</h4><ul><li><p>Perform patient evaluations, physical exams, and manage daily inpatient rounds</p></li><li><p>Update and maintain accurate medical records and treatment documentation</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with attending physicians and nursing staff to ensure continuity of care</p></li><li><p>Provide care in a small, team-based hospital environment</p></li><li><p>Suboxone certification preferred (training available if not current)</p></li><li><p>ACLS certification and an active New York State license required</p></li></ul><h4>Why Join Delphi:</h4><p>At Delphi Healthcare, you&#8217;ll be part of a team that values communication, collaboration, and clinical excellence.
