This role requires the ability to work with diverse personalities and skill levels while training and developing managers and bar staff. The position involves frequent travel and oversight of beverage operations across multiple locations. </p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong> </p>\n<p>Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Training & Development</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct bartender training and development programs. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide coaching, leadership training, and performance evaluations for managers. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead structured training sessions for field managers to refine skills and ensure service consistency. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Operational Oversight</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform regular in-center beverage audits to ensure compliance with company policies, inventory accuracy, and quality control. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist with new location openings, overseeing bar setup, staff training, and operational readiness. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Monitor inventory levels, reduce waste, and maintain accurate cost reporting. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Beverage Program & Revenue Growth</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Stay up to date with industry trends and market updates. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct new product and cocktail testing. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide insights on bar layout to enhance efficiency, workflow, and guest experience. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Implement strategies to control costs and maximize profitability through effective purchasing and portion control. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Identify and execute revenue-driving initiatives, such as promotions, seasonal offerings, and strategic pricing. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and implement bottle service programs, ensuring seamless execution and profitability. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Vendor & System Management</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Establish and maintain strong relationships with beverage vendors to optimize pricing, selection, and promotions. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee POS button submissions and ensure seamless integration of new offerings. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Hiring & Administrative Duties</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Participate in the hiring and onboarding of bar managers. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Balance operational, administrative, and colleague needs. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage time effectively while maintaining a high standard of execution. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficiency in MS Office, Google Apps, and other organizational computer tools. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills in English preferred. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to provide clear directions and documentation. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong analytical and arithmetic skills. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Exceptional attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in performing job functions. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to prioritize, organize, and follow up effectively. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience</strong> </p>\n<p><strong><em>Required:</em></strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>A minimum of 10 years’ bar and restaurant experience  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>A minimum of 3 years’ multi-unit bar & hospitality management  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>A minimum of 5 years’ management experience  </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Work Environment/Physical Demands: </strong>General office environment where you will walk, bend, and stand for periods of time. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Who We Are</h2>\n<p>Lucky Strike Entertainment, formerly Bowlero Corp, is one of the world’s premier location-based entertainment platforms.
