During the summer months, Zajac Ranch provides camps for children and young adults with chronic, life-threatening and/or debilitating conditions. In the off-season, Zajac Ranch welcomes school groups and private rentals. Current dining hall food service format is buffet style for summer camps, private and public schools, site rentals, weddings, retreats, conferences and special events.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, utensils, pots and pans and other items used by camps and rental groups.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Ensuring Dining Hall and washroom are cleaned and ready for service and checked on a daily basis.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Ensure proper maintenance/operation of kitchen and cleaning equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;
