Verification of employment eligibility is required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is NOT available.</li>\n <li>Work effectively, with communication skills, both oral and written, to convey information at all levels in and out of the organization.</li>\n <li>3-5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment required.</li>\n <li>Understanding of structured problem-solving methods and how to apply them</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>SQL, Network Infrastructure, PLC Experience</li>\n <li>VMware administrative experience</li>\n <li>Metals industry experience for sheet production</li>\n <li>Initiative-Taking, Diligence, Communication, Problem Solving, Creativity, Methodical, Organized</li>\n <li>Understanding of networks and components used to control access to automation systems.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>Steel Dynamics, Inc., and all affiliated entities are equal opportunity employers.</em></strong></p>",
