You’ll own major product areas end-to-end, push the boundaries of enterprise design, and help elevate Asure’s entire HCM suite from functional to truly exceptional. This is a highly visible, individual-contributor role for someone who thrives on solving complex problems with elegant, scalable solutions and naturally mentors’ others through excellence.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Independently own the visual and interaction design of large, complex product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Deliver world-class, pixel-perfect UI that balances sophistication, clarity, and performance in dense enterprise workflows.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Drive evolution of Asure’s design system: author new components and patterns, refine existing ones, and ensure adoption across multiple product teams.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Partner deeply with product management and engineering leadership to shape roadmaps and define what “great” looks like.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proactively identify usability issues, accessibility gaps, and brand inconsistencies; propose and validate solutions through prototypes and testing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Produce production-ready specifications and assets; work side-by-side with senior front-end engineers to achieve flawless implementation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Lead design critiques, set the quality bar, and provide thoughtful, constructive feedback that levels up the entire design organization.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Act as a force multiplier: champion best practices and help build a stronger design culture.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">5+ years of product design experience with at least 2+ years focused on complex web-based enterprise SaaS applications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">An outstanding portfolio that demonstrates mastery of visual design, interaction design, and design systems at scale (bonus if it includes HCM, payroll, or financial software).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Expert-level proficiency in Figma; you’ve built and scaled design systems used by multiple teams.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience creating interactive mockups using Figma Make AI.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong experience conducting user research and testing designs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proven ability to simplify highly complex domains without sacrificing power or compliance requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
