This position plays a key role in ensuring that all equipment meets company quality standards before being deployed to clients.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Inspect, diagnose, and refurbish used coffee brewers, espresso machines, grinders, and related equipment.</li><li>Disassemble machines to clean, replace, or repair components including tubing, wiring, valves, solenoids, boilers, and circuit boards.</li><li>Test refurbished equipment to ensure full functionality and compliance with quality standards.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and equipment status.</li><li>Prepare refurbished machines for deployment, including packaging, labeling, and updating inventory systems.</li><li>Coordinate with Hub Manager to confirm outgoing shipments and inventory updates.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized refurbishing workspace.</li><li>Collaborate with the service team and provide feedback to improve refurbishing processes.</li><li>Perform scheduled maintenance on coffee equipment following manufacturer and company guidelines.</li><li>Clean and descale internal components, including boilers, brewing chambers, and</li><li>Check and calibrate machine settings including temperature, pressure, and brew volume to maintain beverage consistency.</li><li>Test and verify operation of electrical components such as switches, sensors, and circuit</li><li>Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures at all times.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by First Choice management</li></ul><p><strong>What’s in it for me? – The Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Starting hourly rate of $17.00-$20.00</li><li>401(k) and company matching</li><li>Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance</li><li>Employee Assistance Program</li><li>Flexible Spending Account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid vacation and sick time</li><li>9 paid holidays</li></ul>",
