Job duties and responsibilities will include executing a preventative maintenance (PM) plan, ensuring proper water quality/chemistry, maintaining park cleanliness, and routine repairs to buildings and grounds.  Teaches, trains, supervises, evaluates, and directs park maintenance staff.   Completes payroll and timesheet approval.  Ensures all applicable state laws, federal laws, safety, and OSHA requirements are in compliance. Ability to work 40–50 hours per week on a variable schedule according to business needs: including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. This position is Full Time. Pay Range: $26.53 - $30.76.",
