font-weight: bold\">About FIREFLY</span></p>\n<p>FIREFLY is a multi-service, non-profit organization committed to strengthening the health and well-being of children, youth, and families.  We provide community-based, mental health, and developmental services across Northwestern Ontario in partnership with families, schools, child care centres, and community organizations.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">About the Role</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34)\">As a Registered Dietitian at FIREFLY, you will support children and youth experiencing eating disorders, complex feeding challenges, and nutritional concerns to achieve optimal health and well-being through evidence-informed, family-centred care.  </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34)\">You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver assessment, treatment, and consultation services, partnering closely with families, caregivers, and community providers to ensure coordinated and responsive care.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Reporting to the Clinical Manager, you will:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Conduct comprehensive nutritional screening and assessments for children and youth.</span></li>\n<li><span>Develop and implement individualized, evidence-informed nutrition care plans.</span></li>\n<li><span>Monitor progress and adjust interventions to support optimal health outcomes.</span></li>\n<li><span>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support integrated client care.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Provide education, training, and support to families, caregivers, and schools.</span></li>\n<li><span>Consult with community agencies to enhance service coordination and continuity of care.</span></li>\n<li><span>Contribute to program development, evaluation, and resource creation.</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain accurate and timely electronic clinical documentation.</span></li>\n<li><span>Participate in team meetings and contribute to collaborative decision-making.</span></li>\n<li><span>Travel within the FIREFLY service region and provide services based on client needs.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>This role requires flexibility, including some evening work and travel across the service area.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">What We're Looking For</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Education &amp; Experience</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Bachelor’s degree in a Canadian accredited food and/or nutrition program and completion of a Clinical Internship Program</span></li>\n<li><span>Registered and in good standing with the Ontario College of Dietitians</span></li>\n<li><span>Minimum 3-5 years of relevant clinical experience is preferred</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience providing nutrition counselling to individuals and groups, including community outreach</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience working with children, youth, and families is considered an asset</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills &amp; Competencies:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Clinical Assessment &amp; Treatment</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Strong ability to assess nutritional needs and develop effective treatment plans</span></li>\n<li><span>Knowledge of disordered eating, eating disorders, and evidence-based interventions (e.g. Family-Based Treatment (FBT))</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience supporting children with developmental disabilities and complex feeding or swallowing challenges</span></li>\n<li><span>Commitment to Health At Every Size® principles and non-diet approaches</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Collaboration &amp;
